Elaborate prank on a Belgian call center

This has been a huge hit here, and it's one of the most sublime jokes I've ever seen.
Four guys from a satirical TV show pulled off a massive prank on the phone company Mobistar, a daughter company of Orange which is notorious for its poor costumer service. They hid themselves in a steel container, which they had dropped in front of the company's parking lot at 5 am. The container had a customer service number printed on the side of it, that was promptly called by one of the security people. The poor guy then went through phone hell, being put on hold, getting disconnected, automated menus, etc. His nightmare lasted more than 3 hours... revenge can be sweet :D

Perhaps not. But the second wrong often makes a funny. And how often is 'funny' really 'right'?

What do you mean? Supposing your child is killed by A, and you killed A's child in turn. Is it funny?

Come on, man. You already know the answer to that, and you know no one here would take the position that murder is funny. My only counter-argument is a non-argument. Lighten up! :D

What do you mean by two wrongs? Btw, the poor guy was rewarded afterwards, both by the pranksters and by his own company, for staying so patient and polite during the whole time. So he now must be very popular with his friends, and Mobistar themselves also had a good laugh about it. They are well aware of their reputation, and they can appreciate a good joke.
This is how you fight the system: by making fun of it.

The point is, that he said often not always. If someone pisses you off and you pull on prank on him that can be funny. However, killing someones child is generally not.
