Here's the problem, we keep calling evolutionism a theory when really it is still just a hypothesis./

Wow... that's like... FAIL!

thats equally as stupid as

The concept of evolution has never gotten passed the Hypothesis stage. If you think it has, then you're probably confused about the definition of evolution.

What a douchebag.

I think the background image file name on his blog is particularly apt...

WTF is "evolutionism"?!?!
It's the 18th-19th century term for "belief in the mutability of organisms."

As a word, it's at least 100 years behind the times, but then you have to consider the source...

I hope he blogs about his daddy in jail...

Hmm, so according to his own little scheme, what is creationism? Those damn tests...

I read some of the comments on his blog. It's funny that almost all of them are from atheists and "evolutionists". His own fan base is rather quiet. Oh, and I love this:

so wait, please define what a "kind" is

I must say that a lot more research needs to be done in this field.

My definition of a Kind is "the original animals that were capable of reproducing in the Garden of Eden" Since then much "variation" has taken place, both through selective breeding and natural selection. To give you one example I would say that the Dog, Wolf, and Coyote are the same "kind" of animal. There is a website that is doing research into this, forgot what it was right now.
Well, I'm glad that's settled then

Geez, I just saw this one:

Doctors

(A) The number of physicians in the U.S. is 700,000.

(B) Accidental deaths caused by Physicians per year are 120,000..

(C) Accidental deaths per physician is 0.171 (17%).

Statistics courtesy of U.S. Dept of Health and Human Services.

Now think about this:

Guns

(A) The number of gun owners in the U.S. is 80,000,000. (Yes, that's 80 million !)

(B) The number of accidental gun deaths per year, all age groups, is 1,500.

(C) The number of accidental deaths per gun owner is .0000188 (.00188%)

Statistics courtesy of the F.B.I.

So, statistically, doctors are approximately 9,000 times more dangerous than gun owners.

Remember, 'Guns don't kill people, doctors do.'

FACT: NOT EVERYONE HAS A GUN, BUT ALMOST EVERYONE HAS AT LEAST ONE DOCTOR.

Please alert your friends to this alarming threat. We must ban doctors before this gets completely out of hand!!!!!
Is that a joke, or is he serious about this???

this is so mind bogglingly stupid... Is it just me or does he have even more misconceptions and lies than his father?

He really is that stupid. Dr. Dino Jr., having no knowledge or expertise in any useful field, feels that he is nevertheless entitled to attack people who ARE knowledgeable, and DO have expertise.

It is part and parcel of that right-wing creationist mindset to attack not only experts, but the entire concept of being an expert. To them, it is unfair that the opinions of people who have spent years and even decades learning things should be taken more seriously than some asshole with a Bible and a website.

That was genius, I'll have to save it.

You can't, because I'm a big meanie, and everything I post is close-minded and asshole-ish.

When I point out the flaws in the obvious targets for people on this website, like Dr. Dino, Dr. Dino Jr., creationists in general, and other targets of the League of Reason, I'm a pretty smart guy. When I turn the same standards towards people posting here, I'm the worst person on Earth, all kinds of an ass, and sometimes even a troll!

I just don't get it...

You probably just get a little frustrated (and thus more insulting and less intelligible) when dealing with more worthy opponents. I've had to backspace over entire posts I was about to make because they were too angry and lacking in valid arguments, this usually happens to me when the post I'm replying to is really convoluted.

You've got it just backwards... if someone is obviously a worthy opponent, I tent to be MORE polite. If someone is spewing the same old stupid, it is easy to dismiss them. If someone has a new and interesting take on a subject, I find myself slowing down and giving them more room to make their case.

You've got to remember that a pretty large percentage of folks online and on this site are in their late teens/early 20s. I'll turn 35 later this year, and I've been on the Internet since 1992. I've seen almost every possible argument a creationist can make, and spent hours figuring out why they were wrong.

If I seem like a jerk, it is only because I've got tens of thousands of posts on dozens of websites, and I get tired of presenting in-depth explanations to people like Dr. Dino, Jr. who never attempt to get it.

35? Some of your posts had me thinking your were in your 50's. I guess that angry posts are your version of a facepalm, I'll bear that in mind in the future.

Bro, some days my whole life feels like a giant facepalm. :D

Something interesting to watch on that subject is the Atheist Experience TV show out of Austin, TX. Those guys have been running a weekly public access live call-in TV show for over a decade. The main host is a former fundamentalist Christian who became an atheist when he studied the Bible on his way to becoming a preacher. That guy tends to be dismissive the way I am dismissive: not because he and I can't back it up, but because we've seen the same bad arguments so many times that we just say "you're an idiot" out of frustration.

Anyone who has a poll at the top of their blog that asks "Do we have the ability to understand "reality"?" deserves to have a righteous foot shoved up their self-important ass.
