Mine is: If something similar to this happened to Muslims there would be an outrage! Unlike when it happens to Catholics and there is no outrage at all.

Why should Catholics be uniquely protected from ridicule, especially considering the extra-ridiculous things they believe. Ritual cannibalism of a zombie "god" is fucking stupid, and worthy of mockery.

The whining is worth even more mockery, on account of there's nothing more goddamned silly and pathetic looking than the largest and wealthiest denomination of Christians complaining about not being respected enough. Fuck you, Catholic League!

Conflicts arise when two or more ideas disagree. This is why we have fights, wars, as well as unwanted discrimination. How do we deal with this?

1. Respect each other's belief as when conflicting points of view contradict each other.

2. Tolerate or show civility for things won't change that fast and it will take time to effect a solution.

3. Find a common ground as when two conflicting points of view have something in common.

I love the third option; but sometimes, as in the case of this forum, most members, if not all will disregard this and choose to make fun of the catholic rituals.

Yes, I also make fun of these rituals, but now if I think about it deeply and seriously, all I'm doing is becoming one of those who I hate. A person who starts a conflict.

Consequently, I do believe as a thinking being that we must, even if it will take a long time, show the truth to these people as when their beliefs contradict common sense and reason, it is better for them to let it go and laugh it off. They must not take attacks like this seriously because if they do, it only shows how immature they are, and if their god is really true, he'll smite all who make fun of his traditions. So, we're still here, which only goes to say, that their god may not exist, or if he does, he's laughing too.
