As surprising as it sounds this kind of language doesn't surprise me. It reminds me of a documentary I saw on a Christian parent and the ACLU (yes, you read that right) suing the town school because the faculty was pushing conservative Christianity on the students in the southern United States. Even though the school was ripped to shreds in court, months later the local church was still saying that they had won the case...whilst begging the denomination for funds to pay off the law suit.kenandkids said:

Primarily, I enjoy the length of the articles that, generally, conservatives fear - every topic is dedicated to an overhaul of information. Type in "Christianity" or "Peace," an abstract idea that requires a lot of explanation and see the dedication. It's perfect for me - we obsess over what we fear, and we fear what we don't have enough information of. Clearly, the writers of the atheist article knows little about the philosophy, if I may, of atheism, else it would have been mentioned.
I've also seen a rise in people mistaking the definition of "agnostic..." Am I mistaken when I define it as a sense of not-knowing. A-gnostic is to not know. I've been told recently by a few people that the agnostics believe in a god, but an undefined god (not necessarily Brahma or the abrahamic God). Have I lost a screw? I'm an agnostic-atheist because I cannot know, as one cannot absolutely prove nor disprove a god but, being the severe lack of testable evidence, I believe there to be no god. Occham's razor.

I find it to be unfathomable how an organization can take pride in calling themselves fair and unbiased while prohibiting the use of BCE-CE notation for dates dismissing it as "anti-Christian" and basically to be Jesus denialism
