Collected Wisdom, a new app.

Imagine, if you will, an application, either software or hardware based, that allowed one to collect wisdom that you have heard in your wandering in the net. A line of reason to answer a particular piece of dubious logic, or some detailed information to rebut an invalid experiment. All bound into one single hand held unit, be that phone or IPad, or even a new device say the Club of Correction.

One would of course be able to share these pieces of learning and the mistakes that they correct with others, to build up their own collections as well as to correct the collections of the misinformed. (I see a problem here...) How does one make sure the pearl is not a polished turd...

Maybe a rating system, where the perceived wisdom can be submitted "online" for others to vet and rate it, according to the points that it claims to be true and correct. If say for example the piece has 5 major points, and each one has been shown to be correct by links to actual verifiable resources showing that the point is correct, then that would promote the trustworthiness of the information to a higher level than it was submitted as.

Are there any skilled, out there, that could develop and build such an app?
