I don't know what his credentials are, he's an atheist that says religions are an illness in the brain but I don't know if he has any evidence for it, can something be an illness if most people have it and might have been an evolutionary trait because people who were religious fought harder in battle and therefor were more succesful?

He uses the analogy that believing in a god, an imaginary friend, is a form of mental illness that is similar to psychosis because believing in a god in a religion and psychosis share one common factor, which is belief in a special friend.
