Board time issue.

Should be fixed now. Think the NTP cron got stuck or something, will keep an eye on it :)

The battery on the mobo of my old puter went, I had to poll the ntp server ever 10 mins, it lost about a minute in every 3...

The board time seems to be 10 minutes slow. Anyone else getting this or is it my problem?
Meh. I've noticed this myself. I checked through all of my board preferences a while back, found that everything was functioning properly, except that, bizarrely, for no reason that I could readily discern, it was... yeah, about 10 minutes or so slow. Though, I could tell it wasn't simply an error of mine. Thankfully (Thanks, BTW, Sporky :) ), it looks like it's now OK.

But ... is there a chance that the clock could start oscillating again, or will it now remain constant (Spork)? :|

There's nothing wrong with clock oscillation. My clock oscillates quite a bit, and I'm fine with it,....in fact sometimes I oscillate my clock just for kicks.

The clock should be getting updated periodically to keep it accurate but for some reason the service had gotten stuck so wasn't updating anymore.

It should be ok now but will keep an eye on it.

Sorry about the thread necromancy, but I just thought this was really bizarre. A hosting company I run a website on had exactly the same problem recently, and it was because of PhpBB that I noticed it. WEIRD :|
