I recommend that nobody contact Daniel Owens and tell him that he essentially earned himself a lawsuit. I'm not a lawyer but the best course of action I can see is for Triumph to extract a confession from him first before telling him that his DMCA is against the law.

It would have made a nice example for these morons at the very least.
