Checkmate, atheists! Oh wait...

I took that test a few days ago and got 30/32. One of the questions I got wrong was because of me not reading it properly. It staggers me that the average scores are so low in general.

26 correct answers. I don't know much about American constitution and what it allows in school

I also didn't know about Jewish Sabbath (must've confused it with Black Sabbath the band) and I didn't know Catholics required something more than just blind faith in baby Jesus.

6 wrong answers, I'm a disgrace to my atheistic religion

29/32

1. Sabbath
2. Some guy with M being Jewish and not Hindu (though I wanted to change it after I pushed next and before I saw the answer)
3. Who the fuck is Jonathan Edwards?

Yes, that Johnathan Edwards one is the only one I got wrong.
Although, the Maimonides being jewish I totally guessed at and just happened to get it right.
The Nirvana one also caused me some pause, as both Buddhists and Hindu's do the Nirvana thing. But because they said "free from suffering" instead of "peace and wisdom" I chose Buddhism.

All the American constitution one and the classroom rules ones, even though I don't live in the states, we get constantly bombarded with american news and nearly all our TV stations come out of the USA.
I actually really like studying other religions and mythologies I had kinda hoped the questions were more evenly weighted across them all.

29/32, but I misread two questions and as soon as I clicked (btw, that page takes ages to load) I realized that I had misread it. So in actuality, 31/32.

When they asked where Jesus was born I missed the "Nazareth (though later retconned due to prophecy)" option ;)

31/32. I thank the World religions class which I took in.. 8th grade? That one really should be mandatory for everyone. And Youtube for the US constitution questions.

Missed the American preacher question. Billy Graham was the only one who's name ringed a bell so I picked him. Think anyone here actually knowing that is about as likely as an american knowing who the president of Finland is.

Not american but.... you could put me in the fail category kinda on that.....
I'd recognize a picture of him (cuz he was plastered all over the place just last month) but seeing as I can't pronounce his name it doesn't stick for me.
apologies

Actually, I don't think it's that unlikely. People read books. I have little interest in the Democratic Republic of Congo or Belgium (except as a swear word when I'm travelling the galaxy), but I read The Poisonwood Bible some years ago, and I still retain a fair approximation of the politically unstable regime that was left in the wake of the Belgian withdrawal and the assasination of Lumumba.

17. Would you tell me if Mother Teresa was ...

1: Jewish
2: Catholic
3: Buddhist
4: Mormon
5: Hindu
6: Don't know

No I wouldn't.

I'd tell you she was dead!
