Another "Isolated Incident"

That's right. Completely isolated. Not tied to any other incident, not tied to any political positions, not associated with any group, organization, or even worldview. It is a complete coincidence, and cannot be connected to any other circumstance in the history of the world.

Just an isolated incident:

SPOKANE, Wash. , A backpack discovered along the route of the Martin Luther King Jr. march in Spokane contained a bomb "capable of inflicting multiple casualties," the FBI said Tuesday.
The FBI said a suspicious backpack was found about 9:25 a.m. PST on Monday on a bench at the northeast corner of North Washington Street and West Main Avenue in downtown Spokane.
A bomb disposal unit was called in and neutralized the device. The FBI said in a statement on Tuesday that "the backpack contained a potentially deadly destructive device, likely capable of inflicting multiple casualties."

Just move along. There couldn't have been any motive behind this, it was the act of a lone wolf who never heard or saw anything in his life that could have influenced him. And don't dare call it terrorism unless you can prove there's a Muslim involved, because only Muslims can be accused of terrorism.
