Hey there, guys.
It's been a while, but I have some awesome news and a request.
Through several plugins, map-editing, and splicing, me and my friend have managed to throw together a decent Minecraft Server with an entire city at the spawn area surrounding a castle, a huge wall encompassing it, and a smaller suburb town just outside of it. It has an arena for gladiator fights, a jousting arena, and a hidden places within the bowels of the sewers for people to explore.
The buldings are placed within reasonable proximity of one-another to trigger roof-to-roof hopping, chases down alleyways, and so on. It has working stores, easy-to-obtain currency (mobs drop loot and money, so you're not grinding like a bitch to buy things) and reasonable trade system with epic-tier items.
It has a simple RPG leveling system to buff out cheaters, and give a feeling of progression - but it doesn't require any grinding to maintain. And, as you get levels, you get unique skills you can use.
We even spawned in an asston of villiagers (which, with SpoutCraft, look reasonable)
You will have to use the SpoutCraft client to see the textures as made, and experience the full-on awesomeness of the cities - but it works like the regular Minecraft client.
So, good news:

But, as for my request...
There's this HUGE city... With everything from an alchemy shop to General Store to a Castle to Hidden areas.
I want to make a Minecraft Movie. I already have the plot filled out with room for add-ons in later episodes if the first one pans out decently.
[showmore=SPOILERS]It's going to be about two brothers who go out with two soldiers as guides to help them destroy a "Creeper Nest." The two guards die in the attack. (One or Two episodes
However, upon their return, they find their father poisoned and themselves accused of murder. They escape town into the suburbs, hulking down with their Uncle for the night. Their Uncle urges them to seek out an infamous thief and con man - their cousin, ironically - and that he would know what to do. (One or two episodes)
The Cousin sends them on many quests of both good and ill-intent to gather money and objects for him. (which should take a few episodes)
Once they have done enough and, after a nice beat-down of their cousin, he finally helps them instead of jerking them around. He hands them details of a plot to kill their father due to a dispute with the Lord's brother, and to seek out a tradesman within town to direct him to a particular Guild. (One episode)
The tradesman, though telling them of an outlandish story about a Guild who lives benath the city and something about down a well, alerts the guards for the bounty on their heads. The brothers do their best at escaping, via room-to-room romping and fighting... But, one of the brothers falls into a well. The other brother dives in for him. (One episode).
So, it turns out the well leads to waterways... After searching the waterways, they find a giant underground area with the Guild of the Plague - basically the underworld of this town. Aaaand that's where I'm going to stop, because this spoiler is long enough as it is.[/showmore]
