Thanks. :)

It takes a lot to make creationists look bad in comparision, but Gorilla199 does that. He may be openly christian, but he's so far out on the bat shit crazy scale that I wouldn't group him together with anyone at all.

By the way, you should add Gisburne2000 and ToddAllenGates to the "good guys".

I think I would make a third group called "the misguided" for Theamazingatheist and others.

The amazing atheist? Really? Why do you say that?

I don't think I've ever seen him present evidence or form a logical argument, he just seems to hurl insults.

so TJ is the good guy version of the bad guys?

Meh, he's not in the business of education honestly, he says it himself, he's a comdey channel.

Then can he really be considered part of the debate?

I do consider TAA to be part of the debate, as he has spent some time debunking various creationist/theist vids, and otherwise mingled in the debate.

Furthermore, he's a well-known figure in the community, and that's really what I'm looking for.

I am actually also looking for famous "events" in the community, like VFX apologizing to Thunderf00t, coughlan and BigJerre "bonding", Ray Comfort's Banana Debacle, stuff like that.

:)

Not sure if he's significant enough to warrent a place on the list but you may want to add Walt Brown to the bad section or possibly "the centre for scientific creation" (his site). I don't know if you've ever heard creationists go on about the "hydroplate 'theory'" but this is the guy responsible for it. Surprisingly though I have yet to find a video that addresses his claims.

As an amusing aside he appears to even be disliked by many of his fellow creationists.

Not to be anal or anything, but you should probably correct the spelling of my YT username at some point. Not a big deal on these forums as we're all smart enough to get it, but if you post on YT, the fundies will be scratching their heads.

Some other names to add: Janet Folger and Duane Gish for the bad guys.

Can't think of any more right now. Your list is fairly extensive already.

Edit: The Institute for Creation Research, if you're looking for the organisation they both head up, although they operate outside of these institutions sometimes as well (e.g. Janet Folger is also president of the Faith2Action group, as ExtantDodo pointed out, a group opposed to expanding hate crime legislation in the US).

Done, and thanks. :)

Sorry for the wrong name, btw. I should have known better, since I'm subbed to you, hehe.

I have a question on the list. When was "Fool4alifetime" considered big in anything? I just didn't realize anyone considered him a "big player" in any debate lol.

Well... about as much as Britney Spears is considered a big player in music.

:)
