Just to give everyone a frame of reference, this is what you would be working with. Remember, your message can be quite simple. The more you say in 30 seconds, the less likely it is to be understood.

I disagree.
Those who are corrupt once they gain power are more apt to express that corruption than when they lack the power, but someone who is not corrupt to begin with does not get corrupted by power.

If anyone seriously claimed any ability to teach the world in 30 seconds I think it might be somewhat entertaining and really, I'd love to hear the solutions to all the mysteries of the universe answered within half a minute.
That said, I think I'd go along the satire or comedy route to at least make folks happy for a little bit... much preferable to seeing 7000 or so Cybermen with exploding cybernettic heads because of an overtflux of pessimism.
I'm fictional and heroic like that.
(incidentally, the new season of Doctor Who starts in less than a week... )
