Young Earth Atheists?

Are there any atheist young earthers? I'm just curious, because I was thinking... There are plenty theists that conform to scientific explanations of the universe, but are there any atheists that conform to non-scientific explanations of how the world works in light of the evidence?

Atheism only means that you don't believe in God/s. This says nothing about the guy/gal's mental health or personality, unless you consider devouring babies a part of someone's character, which I don't btw. So logically there should exist at least some atheists that conform to other views of how the universe works.

And to put matters in perspective, obviously if a person has not been presented with the scientific theories and the mountains of supporting evidence he could believe any nonsense, but I specifically mean people who don't believe in god and deny the evidence. So it's definitely not ignorance.

But he relies heavily on the same old creationist stuff and instead of saying Paleontologists, Biologists or Astronomers he says "Evolutionists".

I'd like to believe this was it, but it's too poe-like to accept.
