So they're back to hitting these mirrors with privacy complaints. Just unsure of what I should do about it. Do I let the vid get taken down and upload it again or is there any other idea or norm that I'm unaware of?

Supposedly the Muslim in the video that philhellenes was mocking. He claims that his privacy is being violated at 1:07 in the video (why this point? I don't know.) and so it'll be taken down because it uses his image.
What I don't get is how a person can claim they don't want their image on the internet if they've posted a video on youtube. :facepalm:

If they have their face on the internet, they no longer have exclusive rights to it. As long as it is not accompanied by their address, phone number, height, weight, etc., you are perfectly within the law. If they do decide to be litigious and file some bogus claim, go with it. You'll win, and as part of the settlement, have them remove their channels. Everybody wins!!1 :lol:
Also, the rest of these videos fall quite nicely into the Fair Usage Laws, as they are criticism of a clip, and the video in question is not disproportionately shown based on the criticism received. Because of this, this video SHOULD NOT go down under any circumstances, as that feeds these oppressive, backwards fools. Even removal and re-uploading gives them a bit of leverage. Just be strong and weather it out. You are in the right, and that will show.

Youtube already took it down as a breach of terms of service. So eh, not sure if it's worth the re-upload anymore.
