What Does Your Ideal Society Look Like?

Its quite easy to be pessimistic and a realist, rejecting any utopias as idealism.

However I think it is important for people to have some ideals about how society should be. So, what would your ideal society look like? What things would you change or improve? What kind of political system would you employ? What sort of policies would you like to see?

I'd go with hunter gatherer or early farming societies (only because they seem to be the first who started brewing beer). Life seemed simpler then. There weren't too many choices when it came to career. World was smaller and really quiet.

…or a modern social democracy with no income inequality. Free market within reason. No greedy corporations. No financial sector that's obsessed with gambling on stock exchanges. No foul religions nor other hateful ideologies. An educated and open society.
