Aww, you're missing out! I started reading the manga after I finished watching the anime, though I skipped that awful bount arc.

You know....in part I agree with you...that was clearly just a rather boring filler...however, in that arc you learn about Ichigo "hollowfication" and in the new episodes they are going back to it.
So, in hindsight..I'm glad I didn't skip that part

Now the question is..the anime is at episode 216 (217 will air next tuesday). It's when Aizen and his cronies are starting the fight in Karakura town, while ichigo is just about to start fighting with Ulquiorra in Hueco Mundo to save Orihime......which manga is that?....you know..I don't want to get too much ahead.
