We Could use some feedback

Specifically, what sort of feedback are you wanting? I'd suggest a little reverb and compression on the voice track. Possibly a slight boost in the lower frequencies too. ;)

I'll leave it to others to spot any issues with the science... none leapt out at me at first viewing, thought it might have helped to zoom in or fade to a close-up that more clearly showed feather details in the fossil when the script dealt with that bit of evidence.

Any feedback that can help us make better videos is what I'm looking for.

The technical side comes mainly from the lack of experience we have at video editing, but we are getting better.

Did you find the video interesting?

Mildly. But then I knew the ending and pretty much all that came before.

Where the script was concerned, it was good and to the point for a 2 min. summary of the main points. Keep in mind, though, that I'm probably not your target audience, since I'm more interested in much more detailed versions of the story.

I'm always more interested, though, if the visuals keep up with the audio, and amplify it. Granted, that's a tall bill to fill on no budget.

Specifically,

I would probably not have shown the book for so long, unless it were a long pan, including text and/or graphics relevant to the narration.

The home insulation cut-away is also a slightly distracting (and static). I'd have looked for a graphic more related to the insulating properties of pin feathers or something similar in nature.

It might also help to give some thought to juicing up the first few seconds, visually, since people often come to these videos with the expectation (if they've seen a few) of a fairly static view throughout. The title card, even with the fade in, might scare those away who are looking ONLY for related videos that have some visual punch to them.

I would have tried to avoid making it obvious that you used movie maker. I find it makes the video look slightly tacky. I now tend to make the title slides individually on MS Paint and use them like normal pictures.

As for interest levels, I feel it should have perhaps been slightly faster-paced-or at least have used more pictures at shorter intervals-maybe two pictures per point (except when you showed the dinosaurs themselves). Having said that, I'm sure I would have been much more interested had I not already known exactly how birds evolved.
It might even have been worth getting some footage from youtube itself (I would recommend file2hd.com) and putting it in your video in the background, whilst your voice plays over the top.

Finally, you perhaps shouldn't have introduced the video at the start-the description box can be used for that and it just made the video slightly more boring.

Sound quality, on the other hand, was very good and your voice didn't sound out of place. One thing preventing me from making a series at the moment is the sound quality (and my voice sounds horrible to me).
What recording program are you using?

I vote we get your feedback on the Altruism video, which is by far the best video in terms of quality.
