OK, I'm not your typical conspiracy theorist. I don't believe in UFO's and I don't believe that 9/11 was carried out by the US Government.
However, I've ALWAYS believed that there is a conspiracy regarding Raoul Moat, who has been portrayed as a psycho serial killer with a broken mind. I've always believed from the evidence I've seen, read, and analyzed, that he was persecuted by Northumbria police and Northumbria Social Services, to the point that he flipped, something many people would do if pushed enough to see their family life destroyed before their eyes. I watched a documentary by ITV. Within 35 seconds of it starting, they reeled off three separate lies. Yet this documentary was made last year, so they still are happy to lie and paint a picture for the viewer of this deranged killer.
Trawling through the lost internet the other day (Wayback Archive), I stumbled across an article someone had wrote about 3 years ago, sharing many of the same opinions as me. If you have half an hour to an hour please read it. You might be surprised:
