[THREAD SPLIT] - LQTBQ/Homosexuality/Etc

Not Air Force.
Bogan USA FFL Clerk has nothing to do with the Air Force or membership in any armed forces. An FFL is a gun dealer. I sell firearms and teach firearms as an instructor and RSO.

I am not using arguments related to taxes to explain normalcy. What are you talking about?

This is the internet don't expect people to be willing to use grammar especially when the arguments here are so taxing.

Humans categorize things that is their natural inclination we all do it.

Normalcy implies normal function. You want normal function of a society correct? You want the normal operation and successful operation of society. This is all I have argued.
The arguments are taxing? Is that why you levy taxes?

Sure, we categorize things. How you use the categories is the problem. Trying to apply terms like 'normal' wrt physical science related stuff like oxygen and nitrogen concentrations and analogizing that to the terms as applied to cultural issues makes no sense. Physicists pretty much all agree physics is incredibly simple compared to biology and going the next step to human culture and the complexities are off the chart. It's clear you have an incredibly parochial view, pretty much SOP for red-state/conservatives types. The idea that there is some 'normal function of a society' exposes your parochial bent. Do you think societies are static? That they can't face extinction for all kinds of reasons? That maybe having a few weirdos around might just save them if faced with some calamity? You know about the dangers of monoculture crops? Do the norms of western societies define what's good? Do you think that an ongoing, well-functioning society is necessarily a good society that most folks would want to live in? I could go on and on, page after page, asking simple questions that would expose the lunacy of thinking that normal or norms are necessarily good.

It's no use, you can't get past your idea that normal is necessarily good and abnormal, or atypical, or deviant or whatever term you want to use is necessarily bad. Do you feel an urge to go around chanting 'Conform conform conform'? Such ideas make me physically ill.
