Spam, failing to respond to posts, and, well, all of it leads to an elaborate spam scheme to his site -
when you click his site, you get Pop-Ups. He gets money when you get Pop-Ups.

And that's "an elaborate spam scheme"? I mean, don't get me wrong, I hate pop ups as well. Well, I used to. Don't most browsers offer the option to block those now? Right, anyway.. Like I was sayin.. I hate ads, period. But uuhhhh, sometimes ( A LOT OF TIMES!) that's how people actually pay for hosting their website/blog. So, like.. If he wasn't throwing the website all over the forum in every single post, how is that alone (him having pop ups on his site) enough to get him banned?

Because his web-hosting is free and explicitly says "No Advertising for Profit" in it's Terms of Service.
