Not that it isn't all absolute bo****ks but, what is the thing that made you laugh, cry, or generally cry for the human race that a creationist has ever said to you?

I had a creationist tell me that creationism had to be true, and evolution had to be false, because so many prominent Christians said so. "God" simply wouldn't have allowed all those Christians to be wrong or lying so much in public, therefore it had to be true.

Actually, I tend to try to be informative instead of degarding, i responded thusly:
Mathematics is a language of sorts, and it's internally non-contradictory. Mathematics is used as a tool, sort of like computer-programming, of describing and making predictions based on current theories. Saying that it wouldn't be true is like saying no language can convey the truth.,

This is the last response I got from a Creationist that I have been arguing with about my video; Which talks about angels breeding with humans. I said the idea was laughable, he/she accused me of bigotry and of doing "juvenile at best" research on angels and such. I told him/her that I have friends and family that are Christian, and we debate regularly and civilly. And, sorry, angels just plain don't exist. Why do research?

I do feel special however. My first hate mail because of a video ever!!! Enjoy.
Your bigotry is ideologically based, that it doesn't prevent you from enjoying the company of individuals who are professing Christians is laudable but it doesn't absolve you of the shallow-minded bigotry inherent in boldly, doggedly and ignorantly declaring that angels do not exist. Dude, you arent qualified to make such pronouncements. You cant literally peer into the spiritual, extra-dimensional realms or ethereal planes of alternate existence and report that angels just arent there. You are a rube of the worst kind, seriously, Sarah Palin and you have this in common: you maintain an inexplicably high level of confidence while lacking any shred of competence, stunning really. My assertion that angels do exist is a loaded statement, no doubt and it is rooted both in faith, paranormal experiences that myself and others have had and my exposure to ancient texts, religious or otherwise. Your unqualified denial comes across as a bigoted, again, a priori dogmatic belief. You demonstrate a blind faith on this subject; youre thoroughly convinced (like a cult member passing out tracts at the airport) that your position is consistent with an extant reality that you actually know very little about and Im guessing have never tangibly experienced or done any serious reading about. Set aside your conclusions and do some actual research. At this stage your mind is closed and until that changes a few hyperlinks wont accomplish a thing. Google the topic yourself; Ive already given you several names to start with. Follow-up on those and good luck; I hope you learn something that changes the way you think even if your conclusions remain the same.

You can't peer into the what, what-y what what?

Yes he still feels that
You demonstrate a blind faith on this subject

Who was it who said "if English was good enough for Jesus; it's good enough for me"?

Well, honestly, every time that a creationist says that the bible is a great moral guideline, it is pretty damn stupid.

I can't say its the stupidest thing a creationist has said to me, but, it was pretty stupid.

(This lady is unemployed, I won't get into it)

I said
Who has been paying the bills for the past 4 months?
She said
Someone you don't believe in!
I said
Who is this "someone"?
She said
I said
God does not pay the bills, sorry.
She said
Yes he has, for the past 20 years. I talk to god every morning, I think I'd know.

I had to laugh.

(In a hurt and insulted tone)
But Jesus is your best friend!!
How can you not believe in your best friend?

(But he doesn't exist doesn't quite cut it in this situation.)

She's a really genuinely intelligent girl, and that such lies have poisoned her brain is tragic...

Dumbest thing I have heard so far is
For Natural selection, what or who does the selecting? You would need a cognitive being to do that.

and
Science has no real proof half the time. It is based on faith as well. Like History, scientists say Julius Caesar existed but how do they know? Scientists have faith in the stories. The stories of him are all different. At least with Jesus, only the bible talks about him, it is 2000 years old, and hasn't changed even in the slightest.
