Here in Canada they're saying you can opt out of the imaging chamber, but will have to be subjected to a pat down instead. I'll go for the pat down every time. If enough people do that it'll really slow things up during boarding and make the technology more of a hindrance than a benefit. The BC Civil Liberties Association is trying to fight it though so it might never happen. Slim chance of that I think.
