Episode 2 shows a super being exploded.
The character's skin is made of Carbon in order to get his invisibility due to refraction. If you were to put an explosive in the middle of highly sturdy materials then you would essentially break and propel those materials in all directions where there are force. The main character covered in viscera wouldn't be alive. Otherwise it is a cool scene but it would mean the end of the series.
Also for some reason the super couldn't be suffocated as they already explore that possibility but no reason is given when otherwise a heart encased in diamond and a skin made of carbon wouldn't prevent you from suffocating to death. It sort of ruins it for me.
