Good job mate, this chappie just simply refused to answer any question posed and it should have been obvious to the casual listener what his real beliefs were.

The "Dr" came across as highly ignorant. Actually no, not even ignorant, he just came across as a total dumbass. Usually someone would at least have a few good counter arguments, when you're planning on debating on a live show, and not just cackle like a retard. I wish someone had mentioned why 99.9% of scientists agree with evolution and not just say "well majority can be wrong". Creationists like this really do my head in. :p

Actually, "Dr." Steve nipped this in the bud very promptly (and hilariously), by flat out denying that the majority of scientists believe in evolution. He stated, as I recall, that because the majority of scientists claim to go to church, they therefore cannot be evolutionists. As if one thing had anything to do with the other.

It's part of the campaign to conflate the theory of evolution with atheism, I expect.




By the way - I love this forum, you guys. Totally addicted. :p
