Police Use of Force Analysis NSFW

arg-fallbackName="Led Zeppelin"/>
It is a trained drug sniffing dog that is their literal purpose. When you get a hit or alert on drugs from a drug dog yes you do absolutely investigate further. Why is he carrying around a large amount of cash directly after visiting a drug den I wonder? Are you sure you aren't the crazy person?

Yes the guy is a convicted felon hanging around a drug den. It does make perfect sense to people that can actually see what is going on. By the way his previous arrest record was dealing with Narcotics and Firearms convictions.

Jesus Christ! Can we have real police who do real police work for a change?? Instead of these shitty road pirates who throw temper tantrums and drag people out of their cars without even any evidence that a crime has been commited! Would that be OK???

And no, a dog barking at money is not evidence of a crime. Almost all money is tainted with drugs. There was no evidence of any crime. That's why the guy wasnt arrested! In fact, there is isnt even evidence of an investigation in this video. It's just a video of cops testing a guys window tint and then abusing him.

I mean of course the assclowns have to make up some kinda a story. They can't just say "Oh yeah, we threw a paralyzed man out into the street for no reason, so what???" Of course they are not going to say that.

The money could have come from anywhere. A settlement involving an accident perhaps? Im supposed to trust those two assclowns to tell me that its drug money?? No thanks buddy.

What do you think the cops were doing prior to pulling the convicted felon out of the car? They were following this guy as part of a Narcotics Investigation. What do you think investigation is? Obviously you have to have to satisfy probable cause and reasonable suspicion and the COPS already did that. They can search your car if a drug dog alerts on your car.
Instead of these shitty road pirates who throw temper tantrums and drag people out of their cars without even any evidence that a crime has been commited!
So visiting a known drug den is not a crime? Having large sums of money subject to confiscation under asset forfeiture laws doesn't apply and isn't evidence?
And no, a dog barking at money is not evidence of a crime.
It satisfies reasonable suspicion as a dog literally certified to detect drugs giving signals alerting to presence of narcotics is legal and is used constantly to gain the ability to search a vehicle. It can also be used to obtain a warrant from a judge. At any rate they can search that car and to do that they do need to remove the convicted felon driver (previously arrested and convicted for Narcotics and Weapons violations) in order to conduct the search safely.
Almost all money is tainted with drugs. There was no evidence of any crime.
That is because the police department is under woke scrutiny in a liberal led city. It looks bad but it is what is required. That is why he wasn't charged.
That's why the guy wasnt arrested! In fact, there is isnt even evidence of an investigation in this video.
Most of investigation happens after the fact in order collect all the evidence and have a prosecutor go over the information in order to better form a case. Police doing an initial investigation and collecting evidence is a large portion but not the majority of what happens during an investigation.
It's just a video of cops testing a guys window tint and then abusing him.
Which is he was released again because it looks bad. Bad optics doesn't mean bad policing.
I mean of course the assclowns have to make up some kinda a story. They can't just say "Oh yeah, we threw a paralyzed man out into the street for no reason, so what???" Of course they are not going to say that.
Refusal to exit the vehicle and stay during the cops searching your vehicle under suspicion of a articulatable reason for suspicion of a crime is non negotiable. I wouldn't want to turn my back against a convicted felon as I search his car for Drugs as a minimum if not a firearm. Doing that is utterly retarded.
The money could have come from anywhere. A settlement involving an accident perhaps? Im supposed to trust those two assclowns to tell me that its drug money?? No thanks buddy.
Uhh huh so this dude that visits a drug den with a prior felonious criminal record relating to narcotics just happens to have 20k+ in his car? Am I supposed to give the benefit of the doubt to the felon over the police? Would you trust the police to watch your wallet or a convicted felon? Who is more trustworthy and whom should you give the benefit of the doubt to? Its obvious the police.

This wasnt a take down in a narcotics investigation. This was not a drug bust or a sting operation. I know what these things look like in real life. The police are trying to kinda pretend that it was, afterwards, to make themselves look better.

Any armed American who sees 2 road pirates treating a paralyzed man this way should be right to shoot both the pigs dead in the street. Absolute disgusting behavior from 2 sick disgusting people.

Look at what crybabies these cops turn into when they feel their rights are being violated.

Oh the poor cop!! I bet he probably thinks the state is treating him in unjust manner!!!! Imagine that! Now he goes on FoxNews and we should feel sorry for him because he lost his job.

He claims to have been serving the people for 22 years. But in reality, all he only cares about his own skin. Did he ever once try to help a person who lost their job because he busted them for some bullshit? No way.

This is assclown demonstrates perfectly, why the police in the US are cocksuckers. They are American Nazis. They have failed us. They are the enemies of Americans.

That paralyzed guy is an American and he has rights. We don't treat people like that. You should be embaressed that you think people in your country should be treated like that.

Gee I wonder which person of the two you brought up are worth more:

1) A crippled convicted felon for Narcotics and Firearms crimes.

Or

2) A cop policing for 22 years of service getting rid of such persons.

I would much rather would have the cop go and enforce the law especially against someone committing crimes with firearms and selling narcotics. One provides a valuable service the other does not.

And for the record yes I think police should have the option of getting vaccinated not a requirement. I know many people who have caught and had symptoms of Covid and I know people that haven't caught or had symptoms of Covid and didn't take the vaccination.

I find great irony in the statement from the left on Abortion: "My body my right." but all of a sudden their own bumpersticker is against them. It is my body therefore it is my right to choose not to get vaccinated and this time there is no secondary life inside me that I am 100% purposefully killing due to personal choice.

The crippled felon would have more wisdom because he, at least, has been punished for some of his crimes while the cop has never really been punished for any of his.

Obviously the crippled felon didn't gain any wisdom judging from him carrying around money they smelled of drugs after leaving a known drug house.

Does that seriously sound like he has any wisdom after being convicted and serving time? I think not.

Records shed light on traffic-stop-video officers, driver

"In 2013 he pleaded guilty to attempting to have weapons despite not being allowed because of a prior conviction, according to Montgomery County Common Pleas Court records. He was also convicted in 2008 of illegally having a weapon.

He was convicted of felony possession of marijuana in 2006 and 2008, and possession of cocaine in 2006.

In a 2015 case, Owensby was pulled over for having dark window tint. Police records say Owensby was taken out of the car so a K-9 officer could do a free air sniff. When officers patted down Owensby for weapons, they found $7,100 in cash in his pocket. The dog alerted to drugs, and police searched the car and found 3.5 grams of marijuana. Officers seized the money because the dog alerted that it smelled like drugs. He was cited for tinted windows as well as misdemeanor marijuana possession.

Owensby filed a lawsuit against Dayton police in 2016 to recover $10,000 that was seized from him after a 2008 traffic stop. In that case Owensby was pulled over for having dark-tinted windows and a bag of marijuana was found on a woman in the car. Owensby said the money was his savings. Police confiscated it because it was in proximity to drugs.

Montgomery County Common Pleas Court Judge Dennis Adkins dismissed Owensby’s lawsuit saying Dayton police had handed the money over to the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency so it wasn’t in his court’s jurisdiction.

In the incident last month, police confiscated $22,450 from his vehicle, saying a police dog indicated the money had been in close proximity to illegal drugs. Owensby says the money is his savings.

Owensby also was involved in a shootout in 2018 in a Harrison Twp. liquor store that left one man dead and left Owensby paralyzed from the waist down.

The incident occurred on Dec. 1, 2018 at the Salem Beverage Market. A sheriff’s office incident report says surveillance video shows Owensby and another man arguing, then both pulling out guns and shooting. A witness later said that he saw the other man shoot first.

Owensby was shot in the chest. The other man, Anthony Choice, 27, of Dayton, was later found in the front parking lot. Choice was pronounced dead after he was taken to the hospital.

Sheriff’s office officials said that none of the parties involved were cooperative with the investigation. Owensby said in a recent interview with the Dayton Daily News that he was shopping at the liquor store before closing and someone came in right around that same time.

“I don’t know who they were, I don’t know em’ or whatever, I was under the impression they were trying to rob the liquor store but they were targeting me. I was shot at that time and that’s why I’m in a chair now,” he said. He said that the bullet hit his spine.

No one was charged in the incident. Sheriff’s office officials say it remains an open investigation."

The Paralyzed guy is a fucking rat piece of shit.

arg-fallbackName="Led Zeppelin"/>
So he was busted a couple times for marijuana and once for probably less than a gram of coke.

In the last 15 years.

Maybe the cops should go after some real criminals?

arg-fallbackName="Led Zeppelin"/>
This is exactly what it looks like when shitty cops in your town decide they don't like you for some reason. Probably he got caught serving up some fat dick to the police chiefs daughter years back or something.

These pigs have fucking destroyed America. Nazi fucking boot soldier pawns, all of them. They need to grow some balls and stand up for the American people for a change. Otherwise they better keep their fucking bullet proof vests on. Extra tight. Cuz it looks to me like Americans have finally had enough of their fucking shit.

The whole reason Eric Garner was sought for arrest was due to DEMOCRAT laws on taxing cigarettes in NEW YORK. You resist arrest you get fucked up end of story. What else are they going to use harsh language?

After World War 2 was won, the Nazis tried to justify their actions by saying they were just following orders and the policies implemented by their generals and their government.

This is one reason why atheism doesnt work.

How does this apply?

Irrelevant.

arg-fallbackName="BoganUSAFFLClerk"/>
You don't see yourself doing this?
I'm not an atheist.

You have problem with the law? So just don't prosecute drug dealers with firearms convictions (handicapped man)? Do you not prosecute people that have broken established law (or not follow leftist laws in leftist zones)?

These are two questions that are raised when I read back your previous statement.

It's mostly Christians and Conservatives in the US that have this weird idea that it's patriotic or godly or whatever to basically support and respect the police no matter what they do.

The police don't prosecute anyone. These are 2 separate issues.

"No matter what they do" - that would be a false premise.

Without police enforcement how are they prosecuted?
