Police Use of Force Analysis NSFW

How about the one you just mentioned concerning window tint. Has anyone on gods green earth ever once ask for a law concerning window tint, who didnt work for the government? It's just something they made up so that the road pirate assclowns can rob money from us.
Usually it is a fix a ticket meaning you only need to pay a fine if you fail to change the tint of the window in x amount of time. So even where tint is illegal and is a traffic infraction they still don't make the bulk of their money from ticketing in this way. Same thing if you have a tail light out or have license screen protectors. That is typically not something the state makes money on. They typically make money off of speeding tickets and not solely ticketing people for minor traffic infractions.
Then when we try to get away from the maniac road pirates that want to arrest us or take our money because of window tint, you are happy to have them shoot us dead.
You are not free to leave a traffic stop. You are not free to just up and leave a police investigation. If you choose to leave when you are not free to leave then you have just made a traffic stop possibly a felony. Should people be able to leave during a police investigation by definition or not?
You're a great American.
I can critically think yes. If only everyone else can critically think. Also leave the petty nonsense for someone else.

Amazing.

I think it's amazing the reasoning you use to justify road pirates killing us.
If you use force against ANYONE then yes one can make an argument to use force against you and you possibly dying absolutely yes. This doesn't JUST apply to so called "road pirates".

Think of a better argument as you are bordering on the hysterical.

Do you want police to enforce and/or investigate the crimes or civil infractions? Do you want to prosecute law breakers? Yes or no?

We are free. But screw heads like you try to make us believe we are not.
You literally aren't free to leave a traffic stop. You would be committing a crime at that point. Think if everyone just were allowed to leave when cops are committing to an investigation. How many crimes do you think they would just now prosecute for because they have no evidence? You just want people to ignore law basically?

This is what happens when you meet police even with a firearm facsimile. People have been busting my balls about white people somehow being immune from being shot by police in comparison to the Tamir Rice shooting. Very similar situation with same results.

Also yet another example of why "sending health professionals" in a response to a mental patient isn't going to be effective.

If by "police" you mean the same assclowns who have been destroying our country for the last 30 or 50 years, just so they can cash in on a fat pension for being mindless clogs for a state machine, then the answer is "No".

I wouldn't trust any of them to enforce a ham sandwich. The only thing any of them should be doing right now is apologizing to the American people, for failing them and admit they need to be replaced and to help us replace them with people who are intelligent and have a better understanding of morality and freedom and the value of human life.

And if they can't do that, then fuck them all straight to hell. They can go around messing with people and ticketing them and arresting them for bullshit until hopefully every last one of them pigs gets their brains blown out. Americans have had enough of their shit.

All of those are general and vacuous platitudes without context or valid explanation. You have claims to where simply you don't like police for enforcing the laws largely as intended. It seems like you have a problem with the law not the police.

Road pirates dragging a paraplegic man around the in the street because of their made up laws about window tint.

The sad thing about this is those pigs will be laughing about all this later. The don't have the intellect to feel compasison for people.

I've seen it happen before, the cops brought a half paralyzed man into the jail and they were all laughing at him because they thought he was drunk and couldnt walk. This was 20 years ago mind you. Its not a "new" problem.

Man is indeed is a Paraplegic. A Paraplegic with multiple felony records where the police were affecting a felony investigation after left a known drug den. Man was in possession of $22,450 found in front on the floorboards while drug K9s alerted on the money.

The guy is a fucking drug dealer.

As usual it wasn't about the tint it was about the previous criminal record or a crime they were caught doing.

I don't give two shits about felons. Good job police.

Really. And all they found in their investigation was that their stupid dog barked at some money? Do the doctors at the mental hospital you are in know that you use the internet there? Or are you a police officer?

You must be cop. I can't imagine anyone else saying something so fucking stupid.

Ah, ok. I get it. Makes perfect sense now. :D

I'm trying to remember if the dog barked at the money, before or after they drug the paralyzed man around in the street by his hair?:D

I don't even remember a dog being in the video! One would think if that was the pinnacle of the assclown investigation, then they would have at least included it in the video!!

My bullshit meter only goes up to 10 and its on like 120 right now. :D

It is a trained drug sniffing dog that is their literal purpose. When you get a hit or alert on drugs from a drug dog yes you do absolutely investigate further. Why is he carrying around a large amount of cash directly after visiting a drug den I wonder? Are you sure you aren't the crazy person?

Yes the guy is a convicted felon hanging around a drug den. It does make perfect sense to people that can actually see what is going on. By the way his previous arrest record was dealing with Narcotics and Firearms convictions.

To affect an arrest of someone refusing to be arrested yes you can do that by the law.

It is in the summary report by the news.
