Pipe-Dream Legislation

arg-fallbackName="BoganUSAFFLClerk"/>
As I've said before, special privileges shouldn't be allowed - Americans are supposed to be "equal before the law", according to your constitution. If they allowed someone to carry on religious-exemption grounds, it'd breach the 1A.

There are already special rights and abilities afforded to protected groups. For example giving special abilities or protections for those that not everyone has is clearly unequal treatment. Granting religious immunity ironically for disturbing the peace by say morning prayer when otherwise that would be considered a breach of the peace is something other persons cannot do not technically or legally speaking and yet they get away with this. Unequal treatment as I see it is already the reality.

Either:
a) no-one's allowed to bring weapons into federal property (no exceptions, religious or otherwise);
or
b) everyone's allowed to bring weapons into federal property (no discrimination).

As I see it, it's a 1A issue, so the 1A takes precedence.

People should be able to carry in federal buildings or where otherwise prohibited unless they demonstrate incompetence or criminal behavior unspecific to weapon type or otherwise being in possession of a firearm or weapon.

It is a violation of the 1st and the 2nd. Imagine trying to protest about firearms without being able to demonstrate with firearms or weapons in general. They are both violations.

The estimate for CoViD deaths is based on actual figures - at least 600,000 Americans have died, the additional deaths are based on unreported/misidentified deaths.

Which is basically an estimate they think they were judged correctly yet that wasn't the case. They think they know but they conflate Corona with other things as other arguments I already brought up. Is it really a Corona death when said victim has been tested positive with Corona yet was involved in a car accident and got ejected through the windshield and splattered their body on pavement?

The example you gave is a van-bomb - not just a vehicle on its own being driven into a crowd.

"Travelling at close to 90 kilometres per hour (56 mph) and mounting onto the pavement as if out of control, it hit and killed numerous bystanders before passing the Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen, where it was first reported by municipal police."

1.PNG

It says "Vehicle-ramming attack". I never cited a bombing attack relating to vehicles. I cited the Las Vegas Shooting where he did use bombs but in no way shape or form did the Nice attack involve explosives.

You are confusing this attack with the other Paris attack which did involve explosives.

Furthermore the vehicle this guy drove isn't a van.

The figures are accurate [3]

From the paper:

From your own source:

New Cases are still trending in at an incline not a decline. That is WITH dosage uptick. Doesn't seem like the vaccinations are being very effective from the trend in August.

On what evidence are you basing the claim that locals are attempting to get federal funding by claiming more Corona deaths? Again, is this from a conspiracy website?

1.PNG

Hospitals do get more federal funding related to Corona virus related care deaths included - confirmed.

Epicenter of the Coronavirus crises and yet 90% of the capacity of the medical ship wasn't used when supposedly New York was fearing for more outbreaks.

~468m

in federal funding considering New York apparently doesn't need it. Look at the number of new cases for New York and the number of empty care related to Corona and tell me they need that federal funding. Something is up.

Like I said SUSPECT this is suspect as crap man.

Just because a pre-existing condition leaves one vulnerable to CoViD does not mean that that condition killed you.

HIV doesn't kill you - it leaves you immuno-compromised, resulting in you being vulnerable to diseases that can kill you, from pneumonia to cancer.

So technically HIV could leave you vulnerable to Coronavirus. If you had HIV or AIDs leading to catching Corona then dying due respiratory illness which you otherwise would not get would that be attributed to Corona virus or HIV/AIDs? Which would be easier to prove and more likely for doctors to claim especially considering they get more funding if they say it is Coronavirus hmm? HIV/AID has treatment and by themselves don't kill you it gives outs for Doctors to claim Corona virus and get more funding which is why I don't trust the figures I think they are highly inflated for this reason.

Apart from being in my sixties, I'm a Type 2 diabetic, as well as having underlying breathing-related conditions (asthma, eczema, hay fever, rhinitis, and sinusitis) associated with a congenital eye problem (kerataconas).

As a result, I'm in the "vulnerable" group.

Despite being fully vaccinated (Pfizer), it's possible I could suffer a breakthrough infection. I wear a mask when I go out - just as a precaution. Of course, one has to wear masks inside public spaces - shops, public transport, etc., - as much as a courtesy to others as for my own personal health/safety.

Were I to get - and die from - CoViD-19, would the cause of death be:
1) Diabetes?;
2) Kerataconas?;
3) CoViD-19?

If the doctors chose 3), does that mean they're lying or just mistaken - rather than being correct?

All of the above. I'd say it depends on the motivation of the people in question just like in all other things. If doctors don't need federal funding then they'd be honest. If they need the funding then they lie. If they have been ordered by their supervisors to lie to get more funding then it remains up to their consciences. If more people live as a result of lying and getting more funding then what do you think a doctor would do? Hard to say. Like I said it depends on their motivations meaning all of the above possibly.

Although there are varying levels of effectiveness depending on the mask, this is no different than a vest.

Viruses generally invade through mucus membranes - nose, mouth, eyes, and ears. The latter two are rarer since most airborne viruses infect through being breathed-in. CoViD-19 is clearly infecting through the lungs, as evidenced by the damage it does there.

Vests only protect the torso to a certain extent - it's possible to be killed by being shot in the side or above the vest, even by a calibre for which it's rated. And they don't protect you from head or neck shots - not to mention being shot in major arteries where you can bleed to death in minutes (pelvis, arms and/or legs).

And a IIIA vest won't protect against rifle rounds - and even with plates, they cover even less of the torso than the vest itself, leaving one even more vulnerable to being killed.

I would argue that a properly manufactured mask (N95, for example) will protect you better from airborne viruses than a vest from a bullet.

It is very odd that the CDC recommends these for Hospital workers but it has a vent in it. CDC says yes to N95 even though they are of the unrecommended type that has vents. Conflicting information.

As for ballistics on vests you don't get penetrated and depending on the armor the only thing you feel is someone punching you hard. You don't even get the trauma associated with being shot with body armor supposing you have the right armor for the threat.

You said (#59):

So, I asked:

So, is there a citation for what you implied?

The tripling of the violent crime rate in my locale means that is more cases of Corona virus? You are reading into something that I didn't even imply.

Now you're being facetious.

ALL diseases have a "natural cure" - IF your immune system manages not only to keep you alive but return you to the level of health you enjoyed before contracting/developing the disease.

I'm talking about medical cures.

We don't have a cure for AIDS, though we may soon have a viable vaccine against HIV. [4]

Cures or treatment.

Again, a source for this would be useful.

Those are part of those breakthrough deaths.

Neither of these articles are accessible to me - "Sorry, this content is not available in your region."

Use VPN then.

HWIN has already dealt with the Elon Musk tests.

And it's a virology lab - not a "biological weapons lab" - as Potholer explained in his videos:

If a viral lab either purposefully or accidentally releases an illness and doesn't tell anybody what is the difference between a biological weapons lab or not? They are ones that operate pretty much the same. They made the illness spread either through incompetence or purposeful action.

It is very odd the timing of the labs reconstruction efforts with regard to their ventilation systems puts them very near to the known date estimated that the virus was known to have spread from the region.

That is highly suspect considering all the other statements made by Chinese officials in various media stating that China will control the U.S. in various ways.

Comparing a non-contagious disease - heart disease - with a contagious one - a virus - is comparing apples and oranges.

You can be surrounded with people suffering from heart disease, and be certain you won't get "infected" - if you're surrounded by people with a virus, whether they're showing symptoms or not, can result in you being infected - and possibly dying from it.

Either way both are highly preventable. Many claim from this Forum Corona virus is entirely preventable and so is Heart Disease. Yet Heart Disease still takes more lives even when people can reduce it with simple diet and exercise. Yet they choose not to. It is ironic considering people don't think it is a threat even though they eat crap and they die as a result.

My point was that the group takes precedence over the individual - if the group can send you to prison/psychiatric institute, your individual rights are meaningless.

And it's certainly the case with the death penalty.

The only time the group takes precedence over the individual is when the individual is criminally minded.

Any other time and the individual is upheld. I walk around all the time without vaccination and no mask. To you that is a threat and yet here nothing happens to me.

Well the death penalty wouldn't be used on your first violation as I said - repeat offender - then your rights are forfeit and you are put to death.

So, you just kill people - so much for "individual rights" allowing the individual to take precedence over the group, as I've already pointed out.

QED.

Are you saying that the costs to the community (the group) take precedence over the individual's rights?

Is this your argument for the group taking precedence over the individual?

Criminally minded individuals are not longer individuals - they are baggage. Your rights are upheld in so much that you aren't violating society rules in order to protect the individual from other individuals.

You have far less rights as a criminal than a citizen correct? Those rights are stripped from you. It doesn't make sense to keep someone alive if all they are going to do is pray on someone else. It makes sense to execute those with repeated failings without delay right?

There was one confirmed incident where local officials had someone welded into their home - the others are various online claims being parroted without evidence.

Yes, though it's all over the world, America included.

Wherever you are, you're bound by laws - even if you're in the proverbial "middle of nowhere" in America. You're still bound by state and county laws and ordinances. Even if you're away form cities, towns, and municipalities, you can't do anything you want. If you start a wildfire, even by accident, you'd be liable to prosecution - because of the danger that it might end up burning down a town, thus endangering the lives of others.

Again, the group takes precedence.

So lets say all the criminals get released back into population repeatedly and cause same or similar crimes in the U.S.. That seems like the individual is still given many opportunities at the expense of the group don't you think?

Look at the Patriot Act, or the NSA's monitoring of phone calls without court orders.

There's no such thing as privacy to the intelligence community.

I would say most people are not in favor of the Patriot Act. People don't see the validity in it. The same goes for the TSA. Americans hate both of those things and yet they remain.

Not quite sure what your first sentence means.

"citing discrimination being the principle the law was implemented"

??

In CA if you steal under 1k dollars then you go unprosecuted most likely. If caught it is no different than a speeding ticket. An individual stealing an individual certainly neither protection individual rights over an individual or group. That wouldn't be the group over the individual it is just plain stupid.

No need for enforcement - if one wants change, one needs to go out and vote.

Whether people need to show they're informed or not is only a idea - I don't see that it would work.

The real problem, as it is now, is that various attempts to disenfranchise voters are being implemented by Republicans on political grounds - similar to gerrymandering. There might well be similar attempts to disenfranchise those who want change.

From what I heard I don't take issue with voter I.D. laws. You need I.D. for lots of things. Secure an election through authentication and it gives incentive for people to believe in the election. If you don't then you invite distrust. You invite doubt.

But these are voted on by Congress or state legislatures, not the average citizens in referenda.

Then if they don't want change, they need to get out and vote "No".
Regardless representatives vote on these weather it be citizen or statesmen makes no difference. What business does infrastructure funding have to do with firearms controls? What does building a road have to do with "safe storage" laws? It is a form of corruption just to increase gun controls at the expense of everything else even if there were bipartisan support for the infrastructure they won't agree with it being tied to gun control.

They know what will happen if they do these things the vote fails. That's why everything should be to the point. As concise as possible. Don't go muddying the water of irrelevant things when you are there to pass your bills.

Regardless, whether you live or merely work somewhere, if you breach ordinances/laws relating to noise and/or disorderly conduct, said laws will apply to you.

I couldn't claim they don't apply to me because, "I'm a tourist!", could I?
Someone cited Texas law. I don't live in Texas. Do Texas laws apply to someone not in Texas? No they don't. So either cite federal law or state law that applies to me if you want to make a valid argument.

It doesn't make sense for me to cite U.S. law and say that it applies to people in the U.K. now does it?
So ... does that mean you work in Texas and live in Tennessee or vice versa? ;)
Aids you are absolute Aids man. I live in Tennessee.
If the local force is undermanned then I understand how things might be currently, though I'm sure before all the "defund the police", etc, happenings, things were different.

The vehicle registration issue you noted could just as easily be due to the DMV not having enough people to process renewal applications - yet another "benefit" of "small government".
Actually the police didn't enforce registration as my registration was months out of date as well. They still don't enforce that unless they catch you doing something more serious and address it all at once. It is too minor to address then and it is too minor to address now if by itself.

Considering the violent crime rate being way higher than it was and enforcement numbers are way down then it stands to reason less enforcement all the way around.

My perfect government wouldn't have vehicle registration or driving licenses. In that scenario there wouldn't be any lines or inability to enforce as most things wouldn't be requirements as part of law. So yea still of benefit to be smaller. Still less annoying.
It's also possible that because there's only a nominal $500 fine (at least in Texas) that they might not be seen as particularly important.
Ok.
Best 36$ spent. Two spare tires and a spare scissor jack. The last time this happened my spare was ok by the scissor jack failed. What are the odds 2 different sets of spares and jacks fail?

Also AAA service gold is balls. They are worthless just learn to change a tire and keep cash in your car.
