From today its no longer possible to send a Personal Messages when you have less then 10 posts. This is to combat spam that is being send trough this system. It can take a few seconds that you are promoted by the system this is only the case if you enter the system after that there is no waiting time anymore. This will not solve everything but its one measure we can take.
If you have less then 10 posts then you are not allowed to send a Personal Message but if you receive one you can answer it that’s permitted.
