Ongoing Science "VS" Religion debate needs input

^^^ ongoing debate in a far corner of the world. thoughts are welcome. would be interesting to get input from people here. I didn't see anything in the rules that would forbid putting a link to another forum on here. I apologize if that's not the case. I'm not trying to advertise anything I just felt more informed individuals would be better able to contribute, especially to the sort of people who generally wouldn't have a lot of exposure otherwise.

I read the thread a little bit but couldn't find a lot of merit, it started wrong with a stupid dialog between a professor and a student and oh surprise, the christian student "owns" the atheist professor and we've never seen a monkey turn into a human therefore evolution is a religion blah blah blah.
