Login in forum main page issue

Having a login section on the main page of the forum, seems like a good features. To bad it doesn't work.

It would be helpful if you gave me some more information. You've pretty much told me nothing except that you have a problem with it...

As far as I can tell it works fine, assuming it's the login box at the top of the page if you're not logged in, I've just logged in successfully with 4 different browsers without issue.

Sory I haven't replyed to this earlyer. I usualy forgot some things.
Anyways. I don't know it just failed a couple of times with me, a problem that seams not existant anymore. So if I notice anything again in the future I can give you a more detailed info. For now this is a dead issue.

Ok I have come across with this issue again and it seams that I'm able to reproduce it at will.
When browsing the forum loged out, check out a topic and try to use the quick login field. Type in your user name and pass, click loging and voilà¡ nothing happens.

I think I'm facing a similar issue. Despite clicking the "Remember me" button, I can't stay logged in for longer than one session. It's as if the login cookie isn't takign hold.

As for the session timeout I'm not sure what the problem could be. If you know how, can you look to see what the expiry is on the cookie after you log in having checked the "Remember me" checkbox?

How do I find such cookies for FF3.5 on a Mac? I can view individual cookies form the site under the "delete individual cookies" option, but I can't make heads or tails of what _utma means. Here is its content:

Either way, the problem seems to have subsided for now.

I'm guessing that "lor_chat_" doesn't apply here.
