The Leviticus 14 Challenge is a funny idea.Just read the chapter, and act like "John 3:16"
sign pushers in public.

Check links below to get a better idea on the concept, or just for a laugh.

Leviticus 14 (14:34 Mold)

I don't get it. Are we supposed to be acting like Biblical house inspectors?

I suspect we're being asked for a recipe:

1 unblemished ewe
500g plain white flour
1 leper
1 priest
1/2 onion
olive oil

Heat oil, add onion, priest and half the leper. When the onion starts to brown, make ewe sneeze into pan using flour.
Stuff ewe with oniony ovine snot and put into large baking tray. Cover with foil and stick in the oven for 3 hours. Flip ewe over, add the remaining leper, and put the foil back over and stick in the oven for another 2 hours.

Leave to cool down before serving.

No...

Two hypothetical situations:

#1 Just imagine you are just some person that never gave Religion much thought, or was thinking about maybe starting a Religion like Christianity, because you heard good things about it?

#2 You are mildly Religious, and only know of the few good things?

Now picture being this person, and you go to a game for instance, and you see on the screen someone with a "Leviticus 14" sign in the crowd acting all stoked. You seen, and looked up "John 3:16" before so you go home to look that up.Or you are walking down the street, and see someone wearing a shirt with "Leviticus 14".
The person sees you looking, and points to it, and says "The truth will set you free".

What will ordinary, never went to an Atheist website type people think when they look it up?

Do you get what the challenge is now?

Okay, I get it. I much prefer absurdist signs if I was out counter-protesting but each to their own.

The Absurdism of the healing properties of Bird's Blood highlights the primitive thinking behind the Bible.

Primitive people thought that Breath/Air, and Blood was magic. The one Bird dipped in the other Bird's Blood, then sprinkled on the Leper, or Mold, and then released is what they seen as Spiritual.
