Crazy–Even for Ken Ham

Spock, ET, Marvin the Martian, ALF, Mork, the Third Rock from the Sun group and many other lovable aliens are all going to hell, I guess. In the pictures I have seen of this guy, his hair is combed, and his shirt is buttoned up. He looks like he has bathed recently. How can that be? Who takes care of him? I would think that a guy this crazy would be bouncing off the walls of his rubber room. I think that this supports what I have long said. The chief danger of creationism, or any other such extreme nonsense, is that if you believe that, then you will believe anything (except the truth, of course). Further, as Voltaire observed long ago, anybody who can make you believe absurdities can also make you commit atrocities.

So space programs designed for the exploration of space to expand the human experience and the discovery of things never seen before is a waste of money yet the millions of dollars he's getting donated to build an Ark Park is perfectly feasible?

Why not cancel aids and cancer research while we are at it because death is related to sin and you need to repent in order to be cured from sin. I dare him to make that statement if he hasn't made it already.

I have no idea what it must be like to exist in that kind of mindset. Must be blissful.

I think it's far from blissful when you're spewing out the kind of nonsense Hambone does. His thoughts must be cacophony of bizarre, paranoid and twisted ideas all screaming at the same time to get out.

Sounds like Stephen King. At least his books are original.

Ken Ham said:
“You see, the Bible makes it clear that Adam’s sin affected the whole universe. This means that any aliens would also be affected by Adam’s sin, but because they are not Adam’s descendants, they can’t have salvation, Jesus did not become the ‘GodKlingon’ or the ‘GodMartian’! Only descendants of Adam can be saved. God’s Son remains the ‘Godman’ as our Savior.”

Lets suppose that Ken there is right. That would mean that God not only punishes aliens for the sins of their ancesters but also of some guy on another planet 9.6 billion lightyears away. And not only that he doesn't even give those aliens a chance of redemption. Now what does that tell us about God? Well that he's loving, caring allfather of the universe of course!

I'm going to pray for Ken Ham my brother in Christ that God will open his eyes to the Gap theory and an old earth that the evidence clearly shows us.Because Adam's sin effected this world we live in now and the fossils are evidence that death was on the earth long before Adam and Eve were created in this world. If Ken Ham would let go of young earth creationism evolution would be in serious trouble. It is not necessary to ignore much of what the evidence is telling us and we cannot make it fit into a 6000 year old universe and earth and cram all of it into just Noah's flood to defend tradition more than factual biblical teaching.God has not tricked us and created the universe and earth to appear to be old, already aged, etc but evolutionists are looking at the evidence from a flawed evolution perspective and we as Christians need to be explaining why they are looking at the evidence all wrong. It does not effect Noah's flood at all you just don't have to cram all of the evidence into Noah's flood.

Have you tried writing to him and showing providing sourcing asserting the real evidence.

Nope, just his bank account.

Just everything that contradicts scripture.

How's that going so far? Maybe if Christians focused on one thing at a time. Which order do you think is best to attack these things? EG: Creationism in schools, abortion rights, birth control, same sex marriage, Homo-sexuality, Harry Potter, etc. (the list would be huge if I typed it all out)

I would like you to please answer this and please take your time. In your other thread (gap theory one) present the best model you can to explain how Noah's Flood occurred.
Really go all out on this one as you really need to back this one up more than any other claim you have to date. Pictures, graphs, do the best you possibly can. :)

What people claim to have seen UFO's,being visited, abducted, etc are the fallen angels that rebelled against God when Lucifer rebelled and a third of the angels rebelled and they were booted out of heaven Revelation 12:7-9.So we don't expect scientists to find aliens like most people think. We don't think life on other planets will be discovered because outerspace is hostile to life and is uninhabitable for life without technology. Jesus said"But as the days of Noah were so shall also be the coming of the son of man." We have already been visited by them unless you think people are just making it all up.The question is are they aliens from another planet or fallen angels?

I think it's time you expanded your book resources.

C'mon, we all know what will happen. The same thing that happens every time the church encounters harsh reality that doesn't line up with their dogma. It's a very simple three-step process.

1) Deny everything about said new understanding of reality. Whether it's heliocentrism, evolution, germs over demonic possession...whatever. Repeatedly and confidently claim that it's a blatant lie spread by Satan.

Once this denial inevitably becomes an epic PR problem, the Catholic church and any others run by people with two neurons to rub together will proceed to the next steps:

2) Issue press releases and sermons declaring that the religion had provided "divine knowledge" concerning the new understanding all along.
3) Deny all accusations of following step 1.

It's so predictable and so obvious to everyone not drunk on Kool-Aid that I'm not sure whether to laugh or chop my own head off.

The question of how would christianity deal with the existence of extraterrestrial life reminded me of this:

Pretty conclusive, I think you'll agree.

And if you want more, here's Psalm 144:1 and 2 in Klingon.
