Hi folks. I just got a notice for T&C violation on one of my movie reviews. This was not a copyright issue and to be absolutely upfront about it the review was on a film called 'Island of Death' which itself contains material that is highly controversial. However, although I report on this material there was nothing explicit included visually and the reportage of the material was brief, non explicit, basic and to the point.
Has anyone ever managed to get a video reinstated and if so how? The only point of contact I can see is in America and any dialogue over that distance would be impractical or expensive.
I suspect that the video can now be expected to be consigned to the bin (I still have the original file though) as part of YouTubes family friendly BS drive but if anyone has any useful advice then it would be appreciated.
If you check out my channel you'll see the kind of content I make and although the film itself that I mentioned borders on the edge of decency I cant see how my video really crossed even the vague T&C's.
