Update:

The other guest scheduled for tonight is the author of http://www.deism.com and on of the directors of the "World Union of Deists". I'd read his old website and he has a different take on deism (more the deism-as-alternate-religion view).

It will be interesting to see just how different our answers will be. It would be like having two atheists on a pannel discussion about politics: Sam Harris and Christopher Hitchens. Not that I compare myself to either mind but I'm using them as an example how you could have two atheists in a discusion and find that this is all they have in common.

Really well. There wasn't as much disagreement between us as I thought there might be.

There's a Muslim "fan" of mine that says he tried to call in but wasn't successful. I regret that. It might have been fun to have a little debate.
