Proponents of homeopathy like to emphasize that just because one doesn't know how something works doesn't mean it doesn't work. I am looking for specific evidence for its inefficacy. Something I can point to and say "See... Look, it really doesn't work..."

I recognize that it's easily possible that no such trials exist...

There are methodologicaly faulty testes that say that it does, there are apropriate tests that say that doesn't. Just be carefull what you pickup, the fulty ones will surface either you look for him or seomeone else against you does it. So be sure to be aware of them.
