Hi everyone, you might know me from Venomfangxsite. I was the kid who challenged Venom to a debate on Creationism vs Evolution.
I was wondering, is this a majority atheist site? Because I'm still eager to debate any creationist who's up to the challenge of showing that they're smarter than a ninth grader.
A few general facts about me. I'm an uncharacteristicly mature and curious 14 year old from Australia. I've been following the whole theist vs atheist debate for over a year now.
I was raised Jewish, believe in the Old Testement (or thought I did), until I actually read it when I was about 11. Became a deist after about 3 months, than an atheist 6 months later. Yeah, that's right, thinking takes time. It's not like I saw my loved one die and than I started hating God and became an atheist (really when does that ever happen?)
Anything else? Oh yeah, I'm currently attempting to get into a selective school and am required to sit an exam to do so. The exam involves 'verbal reasoning', 'numerical reasoning' and 'analytical expression'. Since this place is called the League of Reason I firgued this would be the right place to search for advice.
P.S. Do you guys have cool siggies here? I miss the Team Evolution one from the VFX site.
