I cam across a Product Called "Walk-In-Shape" Here are the things it claims to help with, (Suspected Bullshit in Red)

Planter Fasciitis
Heel Spurs
Heel Pain
Back Pain
Lower Back Pain
Hip Pain
Knee Pain
Feet Pain
Diabetes
Poor Circulation
Neropathy
Hot/Cold Feet
Flat Feet
High Arches
Swelling Inflammation
Arthritis

I would Grant some of these were it not displaying a Reflexology Chart on the back of the Flier.
The product is Extremely new. http://www.walkinshape.com I'm not sure if the site specifies how the product works, But the Neropathy section is just sad. I'd like to make a video on this, I'd like it even more if I and others could do a collaboration Each taking on Some of the Claims.

Many of the topics can be clustered into one since the principle to debunk one claim can prety much be applyed across the board.

From i-Feet.com(otherwise known as http://www.walkinshape.com):
DIABETIC PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY

Diabetes is a disorder of the body's metabolism, in which the beta cells of the pancreas are unable to produce sufficient insulin. Insulin is a hormone that helps glucose get into the cells to give them energy. Without insulin, too much glucose stays in the blood. Over time, high blood glucose can lead to serious problems with blood circulation, the heart, eyes, feet, kidneys, nerves, gums and teeth.
Peripheral Neuropathy & Poor Circulation

People with diabetes can develop many foot problems. Most often, problems with feet happen when there is damage to the peripheral nerves that control motor and sensory functions. This is called "peripheral neuropathy." Nerve damage is the direct result of poor circulation.

Diabetes causes blood vessels of the feet and legs to narrow and harden. This impedes blood flow from reaching your feet; making your feet less able to fight infection and to heal. Furthermore, many people with diabetes suffer from artery disease, which also reduces blood flow to the feet.

If a diabetic does not take proper care of their feet, a small cut that does not heal turns into an ulcer. Furthermore, the ulcer becomes infected and gangrene sets in. To avoid the spreading of gangrene and infection, doctors may amputate the foot.

I-Feet improve circulation as it pumps up and down along the arches of your feet. This all-day massaging action improves blood flow and circulation in the feet and lower body. The "pump" action creates and releases pressure on your feet as you walk. This push and release action flushes the blood pools that have accumulated on your feet and allows new, oxygen-rich blood to flow in.
As far as I can see that site makes no pledge to cure any condition.

Orthotics is a standard part of conventional medicine, pedorthotics is the part of it that is specialised to feet.
