graphene

recently scientists discovered that graphene can be used for flexible and transparent high speed electronics.
So for example in computers the current speed is gigahertz frequencies and graphene matches that when it was put to the test but theoretically scientists believe it could lead to terahertz frequencies.
So what do the rest of you think about it?

I think it's amazing what scientists can do with the bits that break of pencils these days.

Don't know much about it, never studied it much but to think that this came from ordinary tape is hilarious. :D

If it works the way it hasbeen hyped to work (beter be to win the damn nobel prize) then it is going to be relatively cheap for new technology. Works for me, I need a new computer.

 Yet I think you will have had a computer or 3, 4, or more before you get one with graphene. That is, unless you make a computer with graphene in it. Though I do want credit for the Nobel Prize you will receive for making a computer with graphene in it. ;)
