Eletrikride the president of DP Engineering and DesignWorks, LLC has been filing take down notices under the accusation that the video contains his name. but as his videos are there to promote his products (his illegal products as HHO devices are subject to fine under the the EPA for installation or use of devices) and willingly gives his name via links on his channel this is not protected by the rules of youtube and as such the filings are against them. mine and others video re-post of Desertphiles original video have been taken down with this ploy and others to the content from being available.
I have been informed I have no recourse except to wait 6 months for my probationary period to end and forget about it. however I have re-posted an edited version and am now looking for alternative roots to contact youtube.
It says something when it takes a crook 5 minutes to censer people who expose him as such but there is no way to consistently report their actions as on youtube.
