I've already tried a course on edX before (Evolution and Genetics 101) but have not had the time. I'm now registering for a new course: "The Science of Everyday Thinking"

It's got a CC BY SA licence, so I may post interesting material from them. Anyone care to join me on the course and discuss it here?

It sounds good to me. Always up for a bit of critical thunking, I'm in.

Great. I did everything in the first lecture, so far it's just a bit of a warm up.

This is what I wrote for the feedback segment

The second session in The Science of Everyday Thinking is out, I'll be going through the content shortly.

I also registered for:
MITx: 6.00.1x: Introduction to Computer Science and Programming Using Python (which I'm already two weeks behind on so get in quick)
HarvardX: ER22.1x: Justice (Michael J. Sandel - should be excellent) [starts early April]
GeorgetownX: PHLX101-01: Introduction to Bioethics [starts mid-April]

I might not keep all of them up if they don't turn out to be all that interesting but it gives me a chance to simulate some university-level classes that I missed out on as I was going through. Now I just need a plant bio course...

If anyone else wants to join up with me I'll start making discussion posts here. Thanks for the tip Inferno!

The Linux course looks like it will be out around September, perhaps one for the next round of courses?

Cheers. I'll only register in one course, I know how much work it is to have one of those courses next to my regular ones.
I'll be going episode 2 later today.

Ah yeah, real-life courses plus online courses could easily overload you. Definitely take it steady. I'll drop some of them if it gets too much for me.
