I think most non christians become christians when they know they are going to die. That why there is not a lot of crying and whining going on by the people who are dying. You would think an atheist would be like "OH GOD! IM GOING TO DIE!! SOMEONE HELP ME!!!PLEASE DOC, ILL GIVE YOU AN EXTRA 50000 FOR THAT LIVER TRANSPLANT!! AAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!![ OHH MY KIDS ILL NEVER SEE YOU AGAIN!!!ITS SO HORRIBLE!! ONE DAY YOU WILL DIE TOO!!!!!!AAAHHHHHH

I'm currently going through the Yale Online course on Youtube. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLEA18FAF1AD9047B0

Pretty interesting so far. I tend to get distracted from these types of courses and it takes me forever to finish it but this one has been interesting enough to keep me watching each lecture until I finally get through the whole thing.

This course touches on a little of the same stuff as the Coursera series Soul Beliefs(https://www.coursera.org/learn/soulbeliefs). I don't think either of these is extremely deep philosophy but I recommend them both if Death and it's consequences is something you are interested in.
