Can anyone recommend some good sources that may help me design a class J RF PA?
I don't necessarily expect the source/s to cover class J PAs specifically because they are a relatively new class of PA however the source/s should cover class A and/or B and/or AB as the class J is similar to class AB (as I understand it).
It would be useful if I could also get some information on how to design the RF matching circuitry at the input and output as capacitors, inductors and resistors no longer act as ideal components (eg. a capacitor acts as a capacitor in series with an inductor) within the frequency bandwidth of the PA that I am designing and I wish to know how to deal with this.
