Hackenslash is far worse than I am as he gets away with multiple name callings and being disrespectful multiple times. Where is his warnings or flagging's for being disrespectful? All this does is prove hypocrisy and echo chamber.

If you say things unrelated to the topic then I'm just going to ignore you. You are a waste of time.

It obviously is on topic. That topic might be somewhat wider than just this thread, but even absent that, the comment is entirely appropriate to this thread, and I have every right to say it regardless of your contrivances.

I was running on fumes last night i only saw our posts and made a warning. First what i’m going to do is close this thread for now all NSFW are banned until @*SD* and me made new rules. One thing i can all ready say NSFW thread if we allow them will get its own forum and only a NSFW group will get access to it. This is to make sure Google and other search engines will not index NSFW threads and the group you will need to opt-in to. The second thing is making sure the warning system is working correctly. The third thing on the list is making of new rules. Fourth is *SD* will go true this topic and talk to members that broke the rules currently in use.

Quite an interesting watch. People routinely argue "oh shoot em in the hand or the the leg" something like this reality however dictates differently.

Can you give any examples where gun owners protect us from tyranny?
Battle of Athens 1940s TN. Sheriff stole multiple elections (democrat) and citizens came back with arms and fought said tyrannical Sheriff. That was the last time a somewhat large scale use of gun owners protected others against tyranny.

Rittenhouse is mostly not guilty.

I think it is fair to levy a conviction for underage possession of a firearm but not anything else.

It's too bad the pigs didn't do any sort of real investigation before arresting him. They were too busy standing around doing nothing.

Rittenhouse is going to get fucked in court. Right-wingers are living in fantasy land to think otherwise.

Whenever a judge seems favorable towards a defendants case before a trial or early during a trial, it's because that judge is going to fuck him over big time later in the trial.

Kyle wasn't arrested. He turned himself in. The footage of him attempting to surrender to police against was an attempt. He went back home and surrendered there from what I gather.

That seems pretty difficult to do considering it is lawful to use lethal level of force against someone committing a forcible felony against you and/or a third party in the majority of states. There are even special consideration laws even if said person is in illegal possession of a weapon either by category of weapon and/or status of person.

It is very clearly self defense. Don't attempt to apply foreign law here.

Keep in mind it is a stand your ground state in where if you are perceive threat of serious bodily harm you may shoot your attacker without duty to retreat.

When someone has a continual argument with you and make attempts and taking a rifle or any firearm for that matter that IS a forcible felony. Many times you can see Kyle evading the first attempts for a disarm and then finally shot the first guy in the head.

It is a completely separate matter if they will ever get ancillary charges such as reckless endangerment or illegal possession charges to stick as well. This is unclear because I have heard of various cases where they do get applied and get a conviction as well as them being dropped. I am not sure what the standard is in order to drop something that is a literal violation in mitigating or exceptional circumstances.

Ahh yeah you are right. He did turn himself in. My bad.

Lyft and Uber need to be boycotted. The law is clear and just give immunity to prosecution and law suits for such companies following law. They are not responsible for individual or criminal acts. Period.
