-How can Art exist under a different label exactly? (Art that is Art but not called Art ... :? )
- it isn't simply just a label applied to objects or activities. But, again, is ideological, therefore something can be created with the intention of being Art and is thus created in relation to the beliefs of what Art should be.

Can you expand on your definition of ideology?

ideology is the 'imaginary' representation that we show ourselves of the world, of what we believe the world really is.

Althusser puts it best:
"...it is not their real conditions of existence, their real world, that 'men' 'represent to themselves' in ideology, but above all it is their relation to those conditions of existence which is represented to them here. It is this relation which is at the centre of every ideological i.e. imaginary representation of the real world . It is this relation that contains the 'cause' which has to explain the imaginary distortion of the ideological representation of the real world."

So just as communism is a political ideology based on the representation of humanity and the world to those people who believe in communism: common ownership of production , classless society ,
and capitalism also is a political ideology based on the representation of humanity to those who believe in it: the liberated pursuit of wealth and freedom of individuals to buy and sell etc. (milton friedman 'we are all selfish' )
So too Art is a socio-cultural ideology based on the representation of the world to those who believe in Art: That there are some things which are High culture and low culture,a true authentic culture, that certain cultural activities are the essence of humanity etc etc
