Slightly clearer.
Apparently they didn't even call the popo until way too far into pursuing someone they suspect of trespassing/burglary.
According to the information I have they didn't say why they wanted Arbery to stop and brandished/flagged Arbery before articulatable serious bodily harm/death/forcible felony was evident.
I would have to agree with the verdict.

I worked a bit in home construction when I was young and it's wasnt uncommon for neighbors or passerbys to come up ask if they could have a look at what we were doing. I'm sure we all, at least once in ours lives, have wandered around a construction site when no one was their before. It seems to be a natural thing to be curious about.

I don't think I have ever trespassed onto property where it was so obvious you were on someone else's property. My family were all highly strict about that type of thing. You don't touch nothing that isn't yours without consent.
