There is such a jaw-dropping level of primitive stupidity in that place. I wonder how long the modern world will continue to advance with places like these stuck around the year 1400. I find it amazing, like something from twilight zone. And I also wonder, is there anything at all the modern world can do to help pull these people out of this developmental time bubble? I mean come on, charged with sorcery? incredible...
