Yeah... When I comes to Aliens, conspiracies don,´t hold sway over me, however when it comes to the government being evil or retarded I have a much harder time remaining skeptical.

In this case I belive It is Very plausible.

Yeah it's possible but the election was obviously pretty close so I don't think it's a big deal for democracy.

I like Russia Today, they do some good stories and I rarely see them put up with guests spouting nonsense.

It is certainly possible, but I don't see it as very likely, or if it did happen, probably not by a degree to affect the outcome.

There was a lot of Bush support back then, rampant patriotism coupled with shock from 9/11 made a lot of people think his wars a good thing overall. Enough to out weigh his mistakes anyway.

Can someone condense what was said in that documentary in a couple of paragraphs. I am not really in the mood to spend an hour watching it. Would be beneficial for others as well. Might get more people active on this topic.

The election was rigged; ellected oficials hired a company to code the electronic voting machines to give Bush more votes, They used it; and a person investigating this commited "suicide" but people think that he might have been murdered; the video is by an RT reporter with the aid of the supposed proggramer of the rigged machines.

I would however advise you to watch it since I might have left important things out and might be misrepresenting somethings I do not recall it as well as when I saw it.

My conspiracy theory about this has always been that Bush and Kerry were in it together. I still think that. Both were part of the same 'secret' society, and it doesn't seem unreasonable that two people who view themselves as part of the 'power elite' would conspire towards such a goal as rigging the presidency. It doesn't even have to have been so thoroughly defined, but perhaps just "may the best bonesman win" or perhaps just ensuring another 4 years for Bush, with Kerry running as a dummy candidate to collect votes. It also doesn't break the rule of being large scale because it could conceivably have been decided between just Bush and Kerry, with Kerry leading on his entire campaign staff.

One thing that gets glossed over constantly is that Bush didn't win the election by vote. When everything rested on Ohio, Kerry conceded just before the tally came in that revealed Kerry would have won the election. Kerry would have won Ohio if he had contested the tally. Since he didn't, the state officially went to Bush and Kerry conceded.

I think it was more likely that they had said "may the best win" rather than rigging Bush, and I think this is what the Don't Tase Me Bro guy was on about as well.

Do I think there was a conspiracy? Yes.
Do I think it was dishonest and an attempt to fleece people? No.

I think Kerry bowed out in an attempt to save face and make his friend look good, not realizing he would have won until too late.

As for what may have gone on with voting machines and the like, I couldn't say. That doesn't factor in to my own theory, though even with all the supposed rigging by Bush, Kerry still counted higher in Ohio at the end. I've also suspected this since the results were published in the Cincinnati Enquirer.

yeah, all the way up to the point when they start talking about literally anything close to Russia and it's interests.

Well sure, but that's all in the name. If they were calling themselves 'Wolf News: unbiased and accurate' it would be something worth criticising.

Well they're not good all the time but I've seen some of the interviewers really hand it to the guests. Plus the big point you've got to remember is that RT is Russian biased so a story promoting global warming as a hoax is not unexpected.

Until I saw this thread, I thought it was just a informational program about russia. I saw a travel chanelesque episode on russian dining and sights and thought nothing more of it. :|

Guess I have something new to look into...
