i use Kubuntu. it is like ubuntu( nice , simple and with a lot of support from the ubuntu community . the only differerence between ununtu and kubuntu is the graphical enviroment. So i recommend you to use it :) (you can try it by using the live cd/usb feature)
i think that de broglie states that a small particle with big momentum(v*m) can act as a object(marble) or a wave

i believe that if we want as a race to survive for a long time a sudden , massive population drop is mandatory. It is very hard for a race to consist of billions of population and manage to progress(in science etc)
