That's not an argument, of any sort, it's not even a natural language argument. It's a question, and it's also a strawman. Early term abortions are not "killing unborn babies". Do you have any other questions?

There's like a million different arguments for why abortion not only is (at least where I live), but needs to be legal. There's another million about the morality aspect. Pro-life arguments are pretty easy to refute if you spend more than 17 seconds thinking about the topic.
